Sales Period
The sales periods are scheduled and may be subject to change.
An announcement will be made regarding the sales nearer to the order period.
・Maps of the venue for those picking up merchandise on the day before the event, March 7th, and for the event days, March 8th and 9th, are now available.
・Times and locations for numbered tickets for purchasing merchandise at the venue are also now available.

*Customers may choose to pick-up their items on March 7th, 8th or 9th (JST).
* Advanced venue pick-up for March 8th or 9th (JST) applies to customers who have tickets for the respective days of either EXPO 2025 or 6th fes.
* Customers who have tickets for either EXPO 2025 or 6th fes. on either days can choose the advanced venue pick-up option on March 7th.
EXPO 2025 & 6th fes. On-Site Merchandise Sales
Sale Period: March 8th 9:30 AM – March 9th 6 PM
* Applicable for customers who have tickets for the respective dates of EXPO 2025 or 6th fes.
* The start time of the sales has changed. (Updated 18th February)
* Items sold out in the advanced sales for venue pick-up may also sell out during the event.
EXPO 2025&6th fes. Post-Event Online Sales
Order Period: March 8th 12 PM – April 28th 6 PM
* Customers who do not have the tickets for EXPO 2025 or 6th fes. may also purchase from the post-event sales.
* Orders from the post-event sales are expected to ship out in late September 2025 and by late October 2025.
* Certain merchandise may have limited quantities, and sales may end during the order intake period.
Purchase bonuses
Purchase bonuses are applicable for advanced sales for venue pick-up and venue sales.
For every purchase above 10,000 yen (tax incl.)
you will receive an EXPO 2025 & 6th fes. Ticket Holder & Sticker Set.
* Purchase novelties will be capped at one piece per purchase.
* Please note that novelties have a limited stock and will end once they run out.
Sending deliveries from the venue
There will be a counter in the market area for those who want to arrange a delivery for their purchases.
* Reception dates: March 7 – 9 Market Area Opening Hours
* Payment will only be via cash on delivery. For more information, please inquire the home delivery reception desk.

Packing materials will also be sold at the venue for customers who wish to arrange a delivery for their items.
EXPO 2025 & 6th fes. Advanced Sales for Venue Pick-up
The Advanced Sales for Venue Pick-up will be sold on the hololive official Mobile Order “holocart.” When you purchase from the advanced sales, you may collect your items at the venue pick-up window at your requested time.
* The web browser version of holocart is currently under renewal maintenance. The app version is no longer in service.
* You are required to create a new account to use the browser version of holocart.
* Please note that there may be high traffic on the day sales begin, and we highly recommend registering your member information and verifying your hololive account in advance.
* In addition to the product price, a processing fee will apply. Please check the confirmation screen for details.
* You may pick-up your product on 7th, 8th, or 9th March.
* Please note that venue pick-up for 8th and 9th March is only available to customers with tickets for the EXPO 2025 & 6th fes. on the corresponding days.
* Venue pick-up on March 7th is available for customers with tickets for either EXPO 2025 or 6th fes. on either day.
* In the event customers who do not have a ticket make a purchase, orders will be canceled and refunded. No notifications will be sent beforehand.
- There are limited quantities for advanced sales for venue pick-up, and sales will end once the quantity limit has been reached, even within the sales period.
- There is a limit to the available pick-up time slots. Once the maximum number of pick-ups for each time slot is reached, we will close the time slot.
- Please only purchase if you can make it for the time slot. You may change your time slot if there are still available during the reception period.
- Orders cannot be changed or canceled.
- You may add additional items for pick-up after your initial order. (If it is within the sales period and there are stocks left)
- You may collect additional purchases in the same time slot as your initial order.
- You may add purchases to your pick-up time slot for additional purchases after your initial order.
* You can only choose one pick-up time slot for one holocart account for each day.
* Even if a time slot or item is no longer available, it may be made available again depending on other customers’ reservation or payment status.
* Please understand that there may be changes made to the order process.

How to pick up your order
At the check-in corner at the entrance of the waiting line and the order pick-up counter:
Please present the product receipt code in the form of a QR code issued after order confirmation.
The order pick-up code will be sent to you via email approximately one week before your pick-up date. After receiving the email, you can check it on your account page under the venue pick-up menu. On the day of the event, please present the QR code at the pick-up counter.

Terms & Conditions
- Venue order pick-up will be limited to the person who placed the order.
- We cannot add/remove purchases or change the design or size at the order pick-up counter.
- When receiving your order, please confirm that the order details match the product you receive (such as type, size, quantity, etc.) with the staff over the counter. We will not be able to assist with inquiries after you leave the sales area.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges other than defective products.
- There are no charging facilities available at the venue. We are also unable to lend charging devices, so please ensure that you are fully prepared.
- If an order is not picked up by the end of the event, we will verify the ticket information with the pickup date and then ship the product afterward, with additional shipping fees applied. The products are scheduled to be shipped sequentially after late October 2025.
EXPO 2025 & 6th fes. On-Site Merchandise Sales
- If you do not have a mobile device and are unable to use “holocart,” please purchase during the event.
* Items that have sold out at the advanced sales for venue pick-up may also sell out during the event. - The waiting line for advanced sales for venue pick-up orders made through holocart and event sales will be separated.
- As there are limited stocks for event sales, sales for each item will end once limits have been reached for each day.
- Stocks for event sales are more limited than stocks for advanced sales for venue pick-up. If you have a mobile device, please use the advanced sales for venue pick-up as much as possible to help alleviate congestion.

Numbered tickets are not required for those who are using holocart.
The same schedule applies for both days.
Please note that numbered tickets will only be handed out to those who have received their wristbands.
Numbered tickets will be handed out at the EXPO entrance.
* On the event day, numbered tickets will be distributed on-site. The start time for the distribution of the tickets will be announced closer to the event date, along with the start time for the wristband exchange.
* Distribution of numbered tickets may end even if items are still available.
* Even if you have a numbered ticket, stocks will deplete while waiting in line, and items may be sold out before your turn. As such, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to purchase your desired items.
* Depending on the congestion at the purchase counters, we may resume distributing numbered tickets or directing customers to the waiting line. We will provide updates through our official X.

About the applicable merch for the advanced sales
- The merch purchased during the advanced sales will be sent out in advance as well and is scheduled to arrive before the start of the event.
- The hololive 6th fes. Color Rise Harmony Essentials Pack is limited to advanced sales only.
- If you purchase the hololive 6th fes. Color Rise Harmony Essentials Pack during the advanced sales period, you will receive a Support Sticker as a purchase bonus.
- Advanced merch sales are limited in quantity and will end once the amount is reached, even if it is still during the order period.
- The advanced shipping event merch cannot be purchased together with other items. If you would like to purchase made-to-order merch, please purchase them separately.
* Shipping fees will be incurred for each order. Please note that shipping fees cannot be combined with other orders.
