Introduction

At hololive SUPER EXPO 2025 (referred to as “EXPO 2025”), you can enjoy hololive production-related cosplay.
1-Day Cosplay Tickets are being sold in advance for EXPO 2025.
We ask for your cooperation to ensure the event is safe and enjoyable for all patrons.

How to Cosplay at EXPO 2025

1: In order to cosplay at EXPO 2025, you will need an EXPO 2025 admission ticket as well as a 1-Day Cosplay Ticket for each day of the event.
2: Please carefully check all the details first before applying for a 1-Day Cosplay Ticket via the following ticketing website.

3: Please show your smartphone screen with your purchased electronic Cosplay Ticket to staff at the entrance to the changing room.
4: Change your clothes in the designated changing room.
5: If you wish to change your clothes before you leave the event, please do so before it closes.

*You may only cosplay at this event if you change into your outfit in a designated changing room. Do not arrive at the event in your cosplay.
*Only those who have purchased a Cosplay Ticket can use the changing room/cloakroom.
* [Important] Please note that you will not be able to enter the changing room without an EXPO 2025 admission ticket even if you have a Cosplay Ticket.
*You cannot cosplay at hololive 6th fes. Color Rise Harmony (hereinafter referred to as 6th fes.) or attend the event in your cosplay, and you will not be able to use the changing room/cloakroom with only a 6th fes. ticket.

About the 1-Day Cosplay Ticket

A Cosplay Ticket will need to be purchased in advance via the following ticketing page in order to use the changing room, but please be aware that tickets are limited.

*You must have a separate hololive SUPER EXPO 2025 admission ticket in order to use your Cosplay Ticket. You will not be able to purchase a Cosplay Ticket or attend this event without one.
*One person may apply for up to 2 tickets for each attraction per day.
*Please note that tickets for the male and female changing rooms are different for each day of the event.
*Please carefully check all of the cosplay terms and conditions on the event website before purchasing a ticket as we cannot provide a refund for tickets purchased by mistake.

Terms and Conditions

*You may need to wait to enter the changing room/cloakroom when it is crowded.
*Everyone, regardless of age, will need a 1-Day Cosplay Ticket to cosplay inside the venue at this event.
*Anyone accompanying you into the changing room must also have a 1-Day Cosplay Ticket.
*Please return to the changing room before the end of the event. The changing rooms will be crowded just before they close so please get changed as quickly as possible.
*Cosplaying is permitted from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, so cosplayers and photographers are not permitted to be in photography areas outside of these times.

Terms of Use ① When Attending this Event

  • Please be sure to follow any instructions from staff.
  • If you are unable to follow staff instructions, you may be asked to leave the event.

Where to Get Changed

  • You may only get changed into your cosplay using the designated changing rooms at the event venue.
  • Getting changed into your cosplay inside your vehicle is prohibited.
  • Getting changed in a bathroom at the venue is prohibited.
  • Arriving at the venue in cosplay is prohibited.

Terms of Use ③ Costume

Costume Restrictions

  • Please dress in accordance with the hololive production Derivative Works Guidelines. (https://hololivepro.com/en/terms/).
  • You may only cosplay in an outfit/costume related to hololive production. Cosplaying using copyrighted IP from other companies is prohibited.
  • Wearing costumes related to professional authority (such as police officers or firefighters) is prohibited. However, it may be permitted if it is evident that the costume is a parody.

Skin Exposure

  • Please refrain from wearing anything too revealing.
  • We ask that female patrons not wear anything that exposes more than a third of one’s chest. Please wear a coat/jacket if you are moving around in anything revealing.
  • There are no specific restrictions on male patrons exposing their upper bodies, but please wear a coat or jacket if you are moving around in anything too revealing.

See-Through Clothing

    Any see-through clothing where undergarments are visible is prohibited.

Clothing without undergarments is prohibited

  • Nipple covers/pasties and adhesive silicon brassieres are also considered undergarments.
  • Swimsuits are to be worn with a form of swimsuit support (such as a swimming jockstrap, etc).

Clothing that exposes undergarments is prohibited

  • This includes any part of any undergarment.
  • Bra straps that are intentionally exposed as part of the costume are permitted.
  • Safety shorts and petticoats will be considered part of your costume.

Self-Protection

    It is advised that you wear stockings or tights with short skirts or clothing that may reveal undergarments or expose excess skin when you bend down or crouch.

Prohibited Costumes

  • Costumes that go against public order and morals or public indecency
  • Costumes that significantly damage the image of a talent(s)
  • COVER will not be responsible for any disadvantageous situations or accidents brought about by the nature or type of cosplay undertaken.

Prop Restrictions

  • Props may not be in violation of the Firearms Act or any other law or regulation.
  • Only toy guns (air/gas/electric rifles, etc.) that cannot fire projectiles (with gas/batteries/bullets etc. removed) may be used as props.
  • Any prop over approximately 2 meters long and 1 meter wide is prohibited unless it can be disassembled when transported or not in use.
  • Please be considerate of surroundings and put a cover or cloth over weapons or long props when transporting them.

    9:00-18:00 (JST) (Operating hours for Day 1 & 2)

How to Use the Changing Room

  • Please show your 1-Day Cosplay Ticket to staff at the entrance to the changing room and/or cloakroom.
  • Anyone who does not have a cosplay ticket will not be able to use the changing room/cloakroom.
  • Please do not use the changing room for more than 30 minutes.
  • When using the changing room, please be considerate of others by applying base makeup/face paint before arriving, etc.

Prohibited Actions

  • Using smartphones, cell phones, music players, and any other digital devices is not permitted inside the changing room. Your belongings may be searched at the discretion of staff.
  • Photography inside the changing room is strictly prohibited.
  • Do not leave your belongings unattended inside the changing room.
  • It is prohibited to store food, wet items, or anything that may affect surrounding belongings in the cloakroom.
  • Defacing the venue (with color spray, fake blood, wet paint from your costume, etc.) in any manner is strictly prohibited.
  • Using power outlets is strictly prohibited.
  • Meeting others or resting inside or near the entrance to the changing room is prohibited.

Please Note

  • Please keep your valuables with you at all times.
  • COVER takes no responsibility for any lost or damaged belongings.

Terms of Use ⑤ Photography

Permitted Phototaking Areas

  • There will be cosplay areas for taking photographs inside the venue. We will provide more details about these areas at a later date.
  • Please check the regulations on the EXPO 2025 information page, and be considerate of your surroundings when taking photos inside the venue.

Being Photographed

  • Photography where the subject intentionally removes clothing or indecently exposes themselves is prohibited.
  • You may refuse to have your photo taken at any time.
  • If you have any issues or queries, please immediately speak to the nearest staff member.

When moving around the venue:

  • Please remove anything that may impair your vision (headwear, cosplay face coverings, masks, etc.) when moving around.
  • Please carry any part of your costume/clothing that drags along the ground when moving around.
  • Please remove any part of your costume/clothing that may harm others when you move around.

Terms of Use ⑥ When Taking Photos during the Event

When participating in the event:

    You will need an EXPO 2025 admission ticket to take photos at the venue.

When taking photos at the event:

  • Always obtain permission before taking photographs of cosplayers.
  • Any secretive/unauthorized photography is strictly prohibited.
  • Please be considerate of those around you when photographing a single individual for an extended period of time.
  • Do not photograph anyone from an excessively low angle.
  • Please refrain from taking close-up shots of anybody’s chest or other body parts.
  • Do not ask someone to provide their contact details unwillingly.
  • Only upload photos to the Internet or publish pictures in any media after obtaining permission of the individuals in the photo.
  • Do not swing, throw, or kick anything when taking photos.

Prohibited Equipment

  • Infra-red cameras, micro cameras, or any non-standard use equipment
  • Telephoto lenses (with an excessive zoom)
  • Any other equipment deemed inappropriate by staff
