チケットリセールに関するお知らせ

チケットを購入されたお客様で急遽ご来場いただけなくなった方を対象に、一定の手数料を差し引いて、定価でのチケット譲渡を仲介する制度"リセール"を実施いたします。

2025年2月17日(月)12:00より実施を予定しております。
※海外在住のお客様に向けたZAIKOで購入されたチケット、EXPO：有料アトラクションチケット（国内販売含め）、EXPO：コスプレチケット（国内販売含め）、のチケットはリセールの対象外となります。

For customers who purchased a ticket but can no longer attend the event due to personal reasons, we are offering a “resale” service, in which ticket ownership will be transferred at a fixed price after deducting the commission fee.

Ticket resales are scheduled to start on 17th February, 2025 at 12:00 PM (JST)
* Resales are not applicable for tickets purchased through ZAIKO, EXPO paid attraction tickets, and cosplay tickets (including domestic purchases).
